You receive login details for your server’s GrowSpace, where you can see monitoring status, tasks, and activity related to your infrastructure.
Create tasks when you need changes
Whenever you need something – like installing a new service, adjusting configuration, or investigating an issue – you can create a new task in your server’s GrowSpace.
Our team investigates and takes action
A Growably specialist picks up the task, investigates, and works on the solution with high priority. You’ll see updates and status changes directly in your GrowSpace.
In most cases, server-level problems are detected automatically by our monitoring. When we find something, we log it as a task in your server’s GrowSpace with a GrowHost label, so you can clearly see what we found and what we’re doing about it – even if you never opened a ticket.

GrowHost focuses on managing and optimizing the server you own. We take care of administration, security, and performance, while you remain the owner of the physical or virtual server. Our role is to handle it in the most efficient and secure way possible.
Typically, a GrowHost server is dedicated to one important website or project.
However, the plan allows for unlimited websites on that server for use cases where you need an isolated, dedicated environment to ensure optimal performance.
We recommend speaking with a Growably representative to decide the best setup for your specific business needs.
Most server issues are proactively handled by our monitoring and administration.
If you notice something unusual or need a change:
Log in to your server’s GrowSpace using your credentials.
Create a new task describing the problem or the change you need (for example, a new service, config adjustment, or optimization).
Our team investigates and works on it with priority.
You can follow the status and comments in GrowSpace.
No, SSH access is not granted to third parties under the GrowHost service.
To ensure maximum security, server administration and SSH access are handled exclusively by the Growably team. Until the end of the contract, SSH access remains restricted so we can maintain the highest possible level of security and integrity for your infrastructure.
Your GrowHost plan includes support for up to 5 tasks per month, such as installing new services (e.g. Memcached, Redis), configuration changes, or other specific requests.
If you need more than 5 tasks in a month, our specialists can still help with additional work at an extra cost, depending on complexity. Our goal is to provide solutions tailored to your needs while keeping your server stable and performant.
Updates are performed regularly, with a strong focus on stability.
We apply security patches, OS updates, and dependency updates when they are ready and tested to ensure they don’t negatively affect your current system, website, or services. New features or larger changes are introduced only when we’re confident they won’t disrupt existing functionality.
