After your purchase, your website gets its own GrowSpace. Anyone from your team can log in using the username and password they received.
Inside your website’s GrowSpace, you can create a new task describing the issue or request you have.
A designated team member from Growably picks up the task, investigates the problem, and works on a fix with high priority.
You can see the status of every task directly in your GrowSpace, along with notes and resolutions.
On top of this, our 24/7 monitoring automatically tracks your website. In many cases, we already know something is wrong and start working on it before you even open a task. When we detect an issue, we log it automatically in your website’s GrowSpace, clearly marked with a GrowSafe label so you can see exactly what we found and what we’re doing about it.

The GrowSafe maintenance plan covers one website. If you need maintenance for multiple websites, we can set up additional GrowSafe plans.
You can report issues directly through your website’s GrowSpace:
Log in to your GrowSpace using the username and password you received after purchasing GrowSafe.
Create a new task for your website, describing the issue you’re experiencing.
A designated Growably specialist will pick up the task, investigate, and start working on the fix.
You can track the status, comments, and resolution directly inside your GrowSpace.
On top of this, when our 24/7 monitoring detects a problem, we automatically log it in your GrowSpace with a GrowSafe label, so you can clearly see what we found and what we’re doing about it.
Your GrowSafe plan includes priority technical support for up to 5 issues per month (up to 30 minutes each).
If you have more than 5 issues in a month, our team will still help you resolve them as quickly as possible, at an additional cost agreed with you in advance.
Updates are performed on an ongoing basis. We regularly update your website, theme, and plugins to keep everything secure, compatible, and running smoothly.
